Sr. Sales Executive - Saas - ($240k-$280k OTE)

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join a growing New York-based sales team focused on enterprise and large mid-market accounts.
This is a true hunter role suited to a high-performing SaaS seller who thrives in challenger environments, enjoys building pipeline, and has experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
You'll own the full sales process from outbound prospecting through close while partnering closely with leadership, SDRs, marketing, and customer teams to help shape the next phase of the company's enterprise GTM strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting through close
- Drive new business across enterprise and large mid-market accounts
- Build and manage pipeline through proactive outbound activity
- Run discovery, product demonstrations, and executive-level presentations
- Navigate complex buying processes involving procurement, legal, finance, and C-level stakeholders
- Maintain accurate forecasting and territory planning
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams
- Provide market and customer feedback to influence GTM strategy and product direction
- Help contribute to a high-performance, collaborative sales culture
Ideal Background
- 6+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
- Proven success closing complex enterprise deals
- Strong outbound and pipeline generation capabilities
- Experience managing multi-threaded sales cycles with senior stakeholders
- Background in challenger-style or consultative sales environments
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Command of the Message
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, scaling businesses
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
Preferred Experience
Experience selling into:
- Consumer brands
- Marketing, insights, strategy, or research teams
- Financial Services, Media, or Consumer sectors
Additional experience in martech, adtech, data, analytics, or research-adjacent SaaS environments is highly valued.
Compensation & Benefits
- $120,000-$140,000 base salary
- $240,000-$280,000 OTE
