Biddable Account Manager

Location: London - 3 office days a week.

Salary: £45,000

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing digital team working across some of the most exciting brands in the market. You'll take ownership of biddable activity across Paid Search and Paid Social, driving performance, shaping strategy and mentoring junior talent.

The Role

You'll sit at the heart of a growing biddable team, leading the day-to-day delivery of multi-channel campaigns while acting as a trusted expert internally and with clients.

This is a hands-on role with real scope to influence - ideal for someone who enjoys both execution and strategic thinking.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery and optimisation of Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns
  • Act as the go-to specialist across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and TikTok
  • Lead on campaign strategy, planning and performance analysis
  • Deliver insightful reporting and present results to clients with clear recommendations
  • Build strong client relationships and confidently guide them on digital strategy
  • Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring high-quality output
  • Contribute to testing plans, innovation and new ways of driving performance

What We're Looking For

This role would suit an ambitious Account Manager ready to step up their influence within a fast-paced performance environment.

You'll bring:

  • Strong experience across Paid Search and Paid Social
  • A track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable performance outcomes
  • Confidence in leading client conversations and presenting strategy
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills (strong Excel skills a must)
  • A hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
