Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Agency - Up to £60,000 + bonus - London

 

I am working with a great digital marketing agency that has grown from a team of 4 to 60 in just 7 years!

Most of their client growth is through referrals & inbound so they are nicely known in the market.

This company are in a strong position as they offer the must-haves in digital marketing and on a comprehensive package. They help companies with, not just the metrics, but increasing their revenue.

This team is a close, driven and strategic team so you will have a great idea of the business plans and how you are helping.

The Job

As Business Development Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Bringing in new business as well as closing deals from inbound leads.
  • Developing your own pipeline, pitching to new clients, managing the sales process over the line - 360 sales.
  • Selling to global brands
  • Pitching and selling 12-month retainers
  • Hitting a target of minimum £750k
  • Closing deals of £50k - £90k ACV in 3 month - 4 months sales cycles

You

  • 2-4 years sales experience in the SaaS or Martech space or digital marketing / digital marketing space
  • Ability to manage own pipeline
  • Have reached targets of at least £650k
  • Proven experience of closing 5-6 figure deals
  • Good longevity in roles highlighting you've had consistent success with at least 2 years in each company
  • Have regularly hit your annual quota
  • Managed deal sizes of at least £55k
  • Have experience of handling online demos, F2F client meetings, putting briefs together and closing contracts.
  • Happy to generate leads from scratch including social selling and cold calling.
  • Process and metrics driven and likes a consultative sell
  • Driven, enthusiastic and committed to sales
