Senior Project Manager, Program Management
Location: London office - hybrid working
£400 per day Inside IR35
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing and driving a large, complex, strategic project that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. This role involves managing a large project team, overseeing project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external suppliers and vendors, managing project communication as the project goes through detailed discovery and execution. They will work closely with Commercial and Product teams in the UK and the US to prioritize delivery phases and milestones and also be able to provide updates to senior executives on progress, risks, issues and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain key project documents and artefacts
Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including process activities.
Manage the execution of project tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all collaborators, including team members, executives, and external partners.
Regularly update project team members on project progress and address concerns.
Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders by aligning project initiatives with business priorities.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure project success.
Identify process and ways of working gaps; document problem statements and work cross-functionally to recommend and implement solutions.
Track and manage project budget throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and deliver high-level presentations and process documentation to project team members, stakeholders and Senior executives.
Track project performance against critical metrics and generate regular progress reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage opportunities for process optimization.
Proactively identify and leverage opportunities for process improvement and change management needs.

Experience
Must have experience working globally in large cross functional teams.
Experience in Target Operating Model redesign projects desirable.
Telecom or commercial experience desirable.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 7 years experience in project management of large, complex projects or programs.
Proven capability to lead and deliver outcomes on large, multifaceted projects.
Advanced proficiency in project management tools and delivery techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP (Project Management Professional) or a comparable project management certification.
Experience in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
Experience delivering large scale systems implementations.
Experience/knowledge of supply chain, operations, and logistics projects.
