Customer Success Manager - Ecommerce / Martech
London / Hybrid (2 Days per Week)
Our client is a high-growth technology business working with some of the world's biggest consumer brands and retailers. Backed by over $150 million in funding, they help enterprise clients solve digital engagement and retention challenges through a sophisticated SaaS platform.
They're looking for a strategic Customer Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance, retention and long-term value.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining client strategy, digital marketing and relationship management within a fast-paced scale-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise client relationships from onboarding through to growth and retention
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align strategy with commercial objectives
- Deliver data-led digital engagement and marketing strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer value
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering and Creative teams
- Act as the voice of the customer internally and drive long-term success
- Ensure clients maximise value and ROI from the platform
About You
- 2+ years' experience within Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or Digital Marketing
- Background within Ecommerce, MarTech, SaaS or a Marketing Agency environment
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset
- Confident managing senior stakeholders and building long-term relationships
- Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about digital marketing, technology and customer engagement
