Sales Executive (12 Month FTC)
Location: West Sussex (Hybrid - 50% Office Based)
Salary: £34,000 Base + 20% OTE

The Job
As New Business Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for converting a high volume of warm, inbound trial users into long-term customers, while spotting opportunities to expand revenue within each account.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning individual monthly revenue targets by maximising customer spend through proactive prospect engagement
- Supporting prospects through their free trial period, helping them understand how the product meets their needs
- Creating a smooth, efficient customer journey that reduces time to value
- Generating opportunities beyond the core inbound trial pipeline to boost revenue
- Identifying inactive leads and lapsed trials and proactively re-engaging them
- Building scalable self-service resources (webinars, guides, videos) to support the customer journey
- Working closely with Marketing to feed back on customer trends and product friction points
About You
We're looking for a proactive, commercially-minded salesperson with experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in a high-volume sales role (SDR-level backgrounds welcome), ideally within SaaS or technology
- Strong rapport-building skills with customers and colleagues
- A commercially focused mindset with confident forecasting skills
- Excellent organisation, coordination and project management skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort with technology and a quick ability to learn new systems and tools
- A curious, growth-minded approach with a desire to keep developing
