CRM Manager - Customer Retention & Loyalty

London, 5 days in the office to start then hybrid

£45,000+

We're working with a fast-growing consumer brand looking for a commercially minded CRM Manager to take ownership of the customer lifecycle, driving engagement, retention and long-term customer value.

This is a hands-on role where you'll shape the CRM strategy across email, SMS and app communications, building targeted campaigns, automated journeys and loyalty initiatives that keep customers engaged.

A bit about the role:

• Plan and deliver engaging email, SMS and automated CRM campaigns.
• Build targeted customer journeys and audience segments.
• Help develop loyalty and rewards initiatives that keep customers coming back.
• Keep a close eye on campaign performance and use the data to improve results.
• Support promotional activity and customer communications.
• Work closely with the wider team to create a great customer experience.

A bit about you:

• You've got experience in a CRM, customer lifecycle or retention role.
• You're confident using email and SMS marketing platforms.
• You enjoy digging into data and using insights to improve campaign performance.
• Experience with loyalty programmes, promotions or gamified products would be a real bonus.
• You're organised, proactive and always looking for ways to test, learn and improve.
