We're partnering with a leading global media agency to find an ambitious Paid Social Account Manager to join their growing team.

The Role
As a Paid Social Account Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery across a range of high-profile clients, helping to shape paid social strategies that deliver exceptional results.
Working closely with clients, platform partners and internal specialists, you'll ensure campaigns are expertly planned, executed and optimised while building strong, trusted client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and X.
Developing campaign strategies aligned to client objectives and performance goals.
Overseeing campaign activation, optimisation, pacing and budget management.
Analysing performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Presenting campaign results and strategic updates to clients with confidence.
Collaborating with planning, creative, analytics and wider digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Keeping up to date with platform innovations, industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent client management skills.
You'll ideally have:
Experience managing paid social campaigns within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
Hands-on experience across Meta Ads Manager and other major social platforms.
A strong understanding of campaign optimisation, audience targeting, testing strategies and performance analysis.
Experience managing budgets and delivering campaigns against KPIs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.
The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
