Overview: A culturally-driven agency specializing in sports, fashion, and lifestyle branding is seeking a Senior Account Executive. The agency is independent, creative, and focused on embedding brands within communities and culture through innovative communications and activations.
Role Purpose: The Senior Account Executive will support a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering best-in-class PR, influencer, and activation work. The role is crucial for client retention, growth, and elevating the agency's output in a fast-paced, culturally relevant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support multiple accounts across press office, media relations, influencer engagement, and activations
- Manage and take accountability for small-scale activations
- Oversee product seeding initiatives
- Deliver on client and agency objectives
- Provide admin and reporting support
- Assist with new business briefs
Client Support:
- Deliver exemplary client service and relationship building
- Provide junior to mid-level client counsel
- Support client retention and identify growth opportunities
Industry Relationships & Expertise:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the media and influencer landscape
- Maintain excellent relationships within the sport, fashion, and lifestyle sectors
- Negotiate and manage partner contracts
- Proactively share industry and sector news
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure all work is delivered on time, on brief, and within scope
- Demonstrate strong organization and time management across multiple accounts
- Take a self-starter approach and motivate yourself
- Support and guide junior team members
- Challenge processes and push creative boundaries
- Maintain attention to detail and effective briefing
- Support delivery of KPIs
- Possess finance and budget management skills

Reporting Structure:
- Reports to: Account Director
- Works with: Communications team
- Manages: Interns (ad-hoc)
