Senior Customer Success Manager
Salary: Up to £70,000 + OTE
Location: London (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a fast-growing global MarTech business that's helping some of the world's leading consumer brands deliver highly personalised digital customer experiences through AI, data and performance marketing technology.
As they continue to grow, they're looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to manage and expand relationships with a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
The Role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll partner with some of the UK's most recognisable brands, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. From onboarding and strategic planning through to campaign optimisation, renewals and growth, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers maximise the value of the platform.
Working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Delivery teams, you'll build long-term executive relationships while driving customer retention, expansion and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customer relationships.
Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Develop and execute customer success strategies aligned to client business objectives.
Deliver strategic recommendations that maximise customer value and platform adoption.
Drive customer retention, renewals and commercial growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing market and product feedback.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of the Customer Success function.
About You
You'll be a commercially minded Customer Success professional who enjoys building executive relationships and delivering measurable customer outcomes.
You'll likely have:
5+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Strategic Client Services.
Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer relationships.
A consultative approach with strong commercial awareness.
Experience developing and delivering digital marketing or customer engagement strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
The ability to manage multiple complex customer relationships simultaneously.
Experience within MarTech, AdTech, Digital Marketing, CRM or SaaS would be highly advantageous, as would experience working with enterprise retail or consumer brands.
