Business Development Manager

Salary: £125,000 + Double OTE
Location: London (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a high-growth intelligence and SaaS business that's redefining how global organisations identify and manage risk. Trusted by many of the world's largest enterprises, their platform combines proprietary data and advanced technology to help organisations navigate increasingly complex regulatory, compliance and geopolitical challenges.

As they continue to expand, they're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business across the UK market.

The Role

This is a true enterprise new business position, responsible for identifying, engaging and closing strategic opportunities with some of the UK's largest organisations. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close, selling a highly consultative solution into senior stakeholders across risk, compliance, legal and governance functions.

You'll be joining a high-performing commercial team where you'll have the autonomy to develop your territory, build executive relationships and make a genuine impact on the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition across enterprise organisations within the UK.

  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close.

  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Financial Crime and Governance teams.

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and commercial presentations.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through strategic outbound activity, networking and collaboration with marketing.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate forecasting.

  • Become a trusted advisor by developing a deep understanding of customer challenges and positioning the platform as a strategic solution.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to influence go-to-market strategy and share market insights.

About You

You'll be an experienced enterprise sales professional who thrives in consultative, complex sales environments and enjoys engaging with senior decision-makers.

You'll likely have:

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales.

  • A proven track record of winning enterprise new business and exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • Confidence selling into large corporate or enterprise organisations.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

  • A consultative, value-led approach to enterprise sales.

Experience selling within Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Financial Crime, AML, KYC, Cyber Security, Risk Intelligence or a related market would be highly advantageous.
