Partner Account Manager
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 + Uncapped Commission
Location: Hybrid (50% office / 50% home)
We're partnering with a fast-growing SaaS business that's transforming the way businesses work through an innovative technology platform. Following continued growth, they're looking to hire a relationship-driven Partner Account Manager to join their commercial team.

The Role
As a Partner Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic partners, helping them maximise performance while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and customer retention.
Working closely with your partners, you'll use performance data and commercial insight to drive engagement, increase new customer acquisition and reduce churn. This is a highly consultative role that combines relationship management, commercial thinking and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of partner accounts.
- Drive new business growth through existing partners, identifying opportunities for upsell and increased customer acquisition.
- Analyse partner performance data to prioritise activity and maximise commercial outcomes.
- Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding sessions and training to partners and their customers.
- Proactively identify risks within accounts and implement strategies to improve engagement and retention.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure partners receive an exceptional experience.
About You
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and thrives in a commercially focused environment. You'll be proactive, organised and motivated by building successful long-term relationships.
You'll likely have:
- Experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Customer Success or a similar client-facing commercial role.
- A proven ability to build trusted relationships with external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Confidence using data and performance metrics to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, positive and team-oriented mindset.
