Social Intelligence Analyst (Pharma/Healthcare)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Salary: Competitive, DOE
About the Role
We're seeking a Social Intelligence Analyst to join a growing insights team supporting a major pharmaceutical client. In this role, you'll transform social, digital, and competitive intelligence into strategic recommendations that shape communications, content, and business decisions.
Working alongside cross-functional teams across the U.S., UK, and Argentina, you'll monitor industry conversations, identify emerging trends, analyze campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights for global healthcare brands.

Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing social listening, monitoring, and issue identification across pharmaceutical and healthcare conversations.
- Analyze social, digital, and competitive intelligence to uncover trends and business opportunities.
- Develop audience segmentation and stakeholder mapping to support communications and engagement strategies.
- Deliver reporting on brands, disease areas, competitors, conferences, and industry events.
- Measure social media performance across organic and paid channels, providing actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Design measurement frameworks and KPIs aligned with client objectives.
- Create compelling data visualizations and presentations that translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account teams to support client programs and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social listening, digital analytics, market intelligence, or insights.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Tableau, Looker Studio, GA4, or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience analyzing both social conversation data and social media performance (organic and paid).
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical communications, competitive intelligence, and conference reporting is a plus.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data analysis and quality assurance.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with experience sharing insights with internal teams and clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
