We recently repeated a survey to 1000’s of people working across the digital sector (agencies, media owners, client-side, technology vendors and ad technology), our original survey was conducted in April and our report is tracking how the industry has reacted to recent developments with the pandemic.
Whilst Covid-19 is continuing to affect every business in the digital industry, we are seeing a faster recovery than initially predicted in April.
The data we collected in April found that, of those surveyed, half (49%) of businesses expected to see 50% of usual spend return by June; the data we collected in our most recent survey shows we are seeing a quicker recovery than predicted (40% of those surveyed have reported up to 50% of usual spend in May).
The insight gathered is tracking the impact of Covid-19 across the digital sector and what outcomes are to be expected in the latter half of the year.
